Mark Attendance
The Mark Attendance feature allows teachers to easily record daily attendance for students assigned to their classes after logging in to the system.
Steps to Mark Attendance as a Teacher:
1.Login as Teacher
Open the Nanhikhushi.com and log in using your Teacher credentials. You will be redirected to the Teacher Dashboard.
2.Go to Attendance Section
From the dashboard or left navigation menu, click on Attendance.
3.Select Date
Use the date selector available at the top right of the page to choose the attendance date. By default, the current date is selected.
4.Mark Attendance Status
For each student in the class, the teacher must select the appropriate attendance status based on the student’s presence during the day:
Check In – Mark the student as present when they arrive at the center.
Absent – Mark the student as absent if they do not attend on the selected date.
Check Out – Record the student’s exit from the center at the end of the day.
When selecting Check Out, the teacher must enter an Exit Note. This note can include:
Pick-up time
Name of the person who picked up the child
Early departure reason (if applicable)
After entering the exit note, click Check Out to complete the attendance record.
This process ensures accurate tracking of student arrival and departure times, improves safety, and maintains complete daily attendance records for admin and parent reference.

Steps to Add Student Activity:
1.Login as Teacher
Log in to the NanhiKhushi.com using your teacher credentials to access the Teacher.
2.Go to Activities
From the dashboard or left navigation menu, click on Activities and you will redirect on Activitie Page where You can Add Student Activities.
3.Select Student
Choose the student for whom you want to record the activity.
4.Select Activity Type
Select the appropriate activity type, such as:
Nap Time
Meal
Diaper Change
Playtime
Learning Activity
Other care activities
5.Enter Activity Title
Enter a short and clear title for the activity.
6.Select Date & Time
Choose the date and time when the activity occurred.
7.Add Description (Optional)
Enter additional notes or details about the activity, if required.
8.Add Record
Click Add Record to save the activity.
Once saved, the activity record is securely stored and becomes visible to the parents, ensuring transparency and accurate tracking of the student’s daily routine.
Activity History
The Activity History section allows teachers and parents to view a complete record of all activities logged for a student. It provides a clear and chronological overview of the child’s daily routine and care activities.
Activity History displays details such as the student name, activity type (nap time, meal, diaper change, playtime, learning activity, etc.), activity title, date and time, and any additional notes or descriptions added by the teacher. Users can easily review past activities to understand patterns in sleep, meals, care routines, and classroom engagement.
Teachers can use Activity History to track and verify daily records, ensure consistency in care, and reference previous activities when communicating with parents or admins.Parents gain visibility into their child’s day, helping build trust and transparency.
Filters such as date range, student, or activity type (if enabled) make it easy to quickly find specific records. Overall, Activity History ensures accurate documentation, accountability, and improved communication within the day care management system.
The Filter Activity feature in the Activity History section allows teachers to quickly find and review specific student activity records with ease and accuracy. Instead of scrolling through all entries, teachers can narrow down results using clear and practical filter options.
